Introduction

I am a Clinical Psychologist who first trained in Energy Psychology approaches with Willem Lammers back in 1988. I have used Energy approaches in the NHS until my retirement two years ago,  but I set up a Clinical Health Psychology service that was staffed by psychologists who were trained and enthusiastic about energy methods, which still operates today.

I have trained in EMDR levels 1 and 2, Thought Field Therapy levels 1 and 2, Logosynthesis 1 and 2, Quantum Touch level 1 and 2, Matrix Energetics, and was a licenced practitioner of Meridian Therapies in 2000. I was also a licenced trainer of Meridian Therapies for AMT  in 2000. I am an NLP  Master Practitioner since 1989. I have regularly attended conferences in order to keep up to date.

Since 2001 I have applied Energy psychology methods in a sporting context, in particular Professional Football, and I have a particular interest in mental health promotion among young Academy footballers.
